Aqua Zumba combines Latin-American music with traditional water exercises. We recommend this course to all water lovers who want to move to music in a way that is gentle on their joints.
Zumba Step sees you use a stepper during your dance fitness workout. This strengthens the muscles in the leg and buttocks. This course also improves your Zumba fitness level.
In this programme, all the dance and fitness movements are based around a chair. This course trains the core muscles, in particular.
