The externally referenced links to products of third parties within the scope of the above mentioned domain lead to contents of the respective providers, and are not the responsibility of the above domain. These respective references are recognisable as such from the context or are separately identified. We have no influence whatsoever on the content provided there and do not approve of it via the references. In particular, we expressly distance ourselves from the statements available there. Liability can otherwise only be justified if we have knowledge of violations of law and if it is technically possible and reasonable for us to prevent their use (§ 5 para. 2 TDG / MDStV). We have checked the third-party content for possible legal infringements to a reasonable extent. Violations of copyright, brand or personal rights or infringements of competition law on the websites of third-party providers were not evident and we are as little aware of them as of criminal offences occurring there.
The Internet works as a decentralised network system with interim storage and forwarding of temporary data. Therefore, no guarantee can be provided for the exclusion of manipulation, accidental falsification, nor for the use of only current data on the connection between provider and user. We are thus hereby referring to this system-related restriction as follows: You receive this data under the conditions of the Internet. No guarantee can be given for the accuracy of the information and conformity with the original data.

REVOCATION, AMENDMENTS, CORRECTIONS AND UPDATES
The user has the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about them, free of charge. In addition, the user has the right to correct inaccurate data and to block and delete their personal data to the extent that there is no legal obligation of retention.
Insofar as sections of this text or individual terms within it are not, or are no longer or not fully, applicable to the legal situation, the content and validity of the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected.
In order to improve the readability of the contents of this website, we have chosen to use either the male or female form of person-related terms. In no way does this imply discrimination towards the opposite sex. For example, when I speak of entrepreneurs or employees, of course I also mean female entrepreneurs and employees. All information refers to men and women equally.
Unfortunately, this website is not fully functional for people with physical disabilities such as issues with vision, hearing or motor skills. I apologise for this situation, and am perfectly happy to explain my services via other channels. At this point, I would like to refer to the Arbitration Board for Disability Equality of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Austria.
